New to Crystal Reports Need help

Hello I am currently the IT admin for a very small bussiness. About 6 computers and SBS 2k3 for a server. They just got crystal reports to try and help with the mess that is there POS software. So I have been reading and learning on it wow there is alot to crystal. Anyway so i installed it had no errors. BTW it is Crystal enterprise version 8. After the install i went to the launch pad and that screen loaded fine. Then i trid to goto the CMC and i get a page not found error. Looked around a bit and i think it might be that my IIS isn't set right. I should also note i kinda got thrown into the positon i am in and am pretty green first IT admin job. So my problem is i can't get to the eportfolios or the CMC or anything past the launch pad. Any help would be great.

Sorry to be a wet blanket but CE8 is not supported on Windows 2003 Server nor IIS 6.

Why not buy one copy of CR Pro XI for approx US$550 and get a free copy of Crystal Reports Server XI with 5 Named users that is supported in Windows 2003 Server and IIS 6?

You'll progress MUCH faster and we can all help you!

Wish i could... It is a small bussiness though Art Gallery they don't have money to spend on software. Got 8 given to them i know it's old but it's all i got..

if this is still a problem, let me know. i have had to go and massage my IIS. i know its not the best solution, but I fixed the symptoms, not the problems. sometimes, that's all you can do.
