i am ordering an AT&T circuit for one of my offices. i am also going to order a T1 card, but I'm not even sure exactly what that card is called. It is NOT a PRI circuit. Does the name of the card have anything to do with the release? and how can i tell if i even have room in the cabinet for a t1 card? it's for a remote location. I think the T1 card can only go in one specific cabinet anyway, correct? thank you.

What kind of pbx, option 11c or larger?
What release of software?
If option 11c either the ntak09 or ntrb21 will work, you have to be rls 24 or higher for the ntrb21.
If larger than 11c a nt5d12 dual loop t-1 card will work.
You also need the clock controller ntak20 for the option 11c

rls 20, wow you do need to upgrade to 25. The easiest way to tell is if it is mounted on the wall or not. remotely you could go to ld 22 and do a TID, it will come back with the security id and aux id, if it has a letter in front of it, it is a larger system. At rls 20 you can only use a ntak09 t-1 card not the ntrb21. I would definetly recommend upgrading to 25.40b and don't forget to get your free ip package when you do.
