New T1 for ARD circuits can i add to existing route

We just had a new T1 for ARD circuits. My old vendor built the set and circuits. I know how to extend not sure what I would need to do to bulid the new lines.

What is the current format for existing circuits? Are they all T-1's or are there PRI's mixed in?
How many existing circuits?

Does anyone know how I would build a new PRVN? Can I add additional members to route 31? Can anyone help me to create this cot (what load), and what ever else I would need to do to complete the build outs for this new T1 for ring downs.
