New Skillsets not showing up on the report

Hi,
I have BCM400 4.0 with call center with reporting. Everything was working great. I add new skillsets and they didn't show up on the report. I rebooted BCM, still no luck. I rebooted the reporting server, same thing. What should I do next.Thank you for your help.

Did you add them to the report in RCC?

I had same issue last week, had to update patches and problem was corrected. BCM.R400.157-RCC This issue is addressed directly in this patch.

I have the same problem. I am patched up with the latest SU patches.
