Greetings,

Could someone give me the Avaya sales pitch? I need to start up a small contact center (40 agents, 10 admin staff). I need reporting capabilities (BCMS/CMS) an ACD environment (EAS possibly - what else is available?). Also need an announcement board. Expected growth in the next 3 years will be to about 100 seats max.

Do I go IP or Digital?
Prologix? Or is there something new?
I DO NOT want to go the IP Office way - lets stick to the real products....

I do not need Audix. IVR, AES etc at this moment - however having the possibility to add them later would be a plus.

Before I start contacting the BPs in this area - what would you advice would be the best setup going forward.

Many thanks for any tidbit of information you could throw my way.

Thank you.

I would consider an S8300/G700

I would go all IP if you infrastructure can support it.

You will get an IA770 (small intuity) free. You could get 40 Intro Agents.

This will get you up and running, and you can leverage everything as you grow.

Thanks, this is good info. Is Digital cheaper than IP (we will have to redo all cabling, cisco switches etc anyway) ? What are "Intro agents"? Can anyone provide a ballpark figure?
