New Siemens system troubles

We just purchased a new Hipath 4000 v2 phone system and a Procenter entry system this year in January. We have had nothing but problems with it. 3 times we have lost the system due to the PRI control channel going down or not syncronizing. The procenter server was installed with only a 2.5 gig C-drive and there was not enough room on it to install needed windows security updates. It shipped with 3 hard drives which we assumed were set up in a RAID-5 array but we lost a drive and discovered they were not so we lost the whole system and it had to be rebuild. For a month if we placed you on hold you could hear the conversation on the other lines. We are a medical organization and this could have cost us millions on a HIPPA lawsuit.

My question is, are any of you having problems with your New Siemens systems? Is the system a dud or was it just installed badly?

We have a hipath 3000 system that we just bought and have outgrowen. Now they want us to buy the 4000 setup you have, thanks for the warning!

I know version 2.0 HiPath 4000 is stable and here in all MERCOSUL (Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Colombia, Chile,...)we take care of, we did not have no type of problem. Different of version 1.0 with HiPath 4000 that until exactly in version 1.0 SA13 rev 02 ,we have diverse problems.
