New Report inside the Macola Menu

Ok i created a custom crystal report we are using macola 7.6.300b and i have the rpt file. How do i integrate it into the menu like AP right after check history under reports. I know i can create a shortcut but thats not what i want to do....

What version of Crystal are you using and what program/method are you planning to use to launch the report? Once we have this information, I can explain how to add it to the menu.

i am using crystal 8.5 standard edition. I dont have the "report compiler" people are talking about if you know how i can get it or is it just for dev edition? I just want teh report basically its check register after date is specified automatically export the report to a text file. We are going to email it daily to the bank.

VisualCut ($300) from Millet Software would do what you want. We've had it for about a month and it's already more than paid for itself. Using a scheduler, you can automatically run a Crystal report, export the report to several different formats (including .txt) and send an email with the report attached or embedded.

You set up the Export/Email functions once and then let the system automatically run it at whatever intervals you determine (daily, weekly, monthly).
