Heck nowadays its good if they don't pull the release after discovering all the crap it broke. Lets hope this one at least isn't that bad...

R11.1.2 is fun.... I learned a lot yesterday.... When they say a 31 letter password they mean it.... Not 30.... Not 32... 31. Had an upgrade and used a 32 character password for VM connect. Everything looked like it was working... but it didn't... ThisF@ing31LetterPasswordSucks! Did work...

On a side note. B179 phones now pull an auto generated file (That didn't used to exist) that forces a TLS connection.

31 huh? Someone's at Avaya was smoking whacky stuff when they set that requirement.

I bet it's a mistake. Perhaps they wanted at least 13 with different characters but the developer entered equals 31 characters by accident. But now it's fix

I thought it was 'At Least 31 characters' I had an 8 character password on copy paste and thought... Okay... Paste 4 times... That should work. Nope... Ended up using... ThisF@ing31LetterPasswordSucks! That worked.

On a bright note my Windows migration from 9.0.3 worked like a charm. Thank god I saved my FAQ on here. I would have never remembered all the things you have to do to make it work. I don't know how Avaya thinks it should work, but my time paid off for me...
