New PRI on MICS 6.1 will Not Dial Out

I have installed a PRI on a MICS 6.1 at a customer's site. I have configured my destination codes and routes. Calls can be received fine. However, we cannot dial out.

Once you dial the 7th or 11th digit, the Norstar gives a reorder tone and blanks the LCD screen.

I've checked with the LEC to verify settings.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks, but I had already removed the name.

BTW the telco is using a DMS-10 with NI2 protocol.
 
Name and also make sure that you are selecting channels opposite of the Telco. If they are ascending then you should be descending
 
Have you had the carrier monitor and see what digits are leaving the system?
 
yes need to check timers and dialout length in dialing plans menu...also never believe telco always get tburd and test yourself

If i lived in colorado i would be skiing already.But i dont so its a long 4 weeks till opening day.
 
Thanks for the replys. The carrier was rejecting the calls because I had not put a number in the OLI section for each extension. Once I did that, it worked like a champ.
