New PRI and DID's with CP150

Okay, we've just had a PRI installed on an MICS w/6.1 and a CP 150. The extensions on this system are 3 digits and will be changed to 4 digits later to match the last 4 digits of each users DID. My question is this: how can I get the CallPilot to pickup on these DID's AND on each persons 3 digit extension (if at all). Example: I call ouyr number and get the Auto-Pilot and dial an extension, I get voicemail if the line isn't picked up, however, if I call their DID, the phone will just keep ringing over and over. I have already setup forward on busy to voicemail and that works fine. Any suggestions?

set the foward no answer of the DN's to voice mail

Set target line prime set the extension.
Is Call Pilot set for NVM. (not CP)
Try making target line appear & ring on set.
Reboot CP & MICS (MICS first then CP after MICS is up)
