New page but it duplicates banner!!

I've put a kind of gate. The username is arlequin and if you right-click the page you can see the password, please type themand see what happens... I can reach my welcome page but the banner of the server duplicates and the browser's 'back' button do anything but going backwards!! Does anyone know the meaning of that? Thanx

I think that the problem is simply that you used frames. What's happening is that the new <br>
page comes up in the same frame. In your call to the new page, include &quot;target=_top&quot;, and <br>
you won't have that problem.<br>
