I am trying to get this reporting straightened out and any help would be greatly appreciated!

I want my report to group by an ID number (500, 501,502,503, etc....) and then go to a new page

ex.

500. as;dklfjasoiefjalskdjf
500. asirweilfjkvasfdljk
500. a;slidfjkmcioejklwfds
<PAGE BREAK>
501. aeilwrfkdsoiwedfkls
501. a;ldjkscmx,
<PAGE BREAK>
502. opawidjkls

I have tried the grouping, forcenewpage, and searched the internet. I'm sure this is an easy fix but I am new to access and haven't quite figured it all out.

Thanks in advance!

dhookom,
Great thanks! Thats the direction I need to head, Now only it has some formatting problems... I have attached the output of the report and a screen grab of the design view and properties of the header you mentioned to place in the report.

Let me know what anyone thinks as a way to fix the problem with the report with all the extra pages

It is placing a blank page between the records, I thought it was because an error saying the report was larger than the page but i shrunk everything down and moved all fields inside the page area but is still producing the blank pages between records. I can email you the report in PDF if that helps.

That did the trick! Thanks for your help! I'm sure I will have more questions about something sooner than later!!
