Hello,

Here's what I want to do: Build an OpenBSD system that has redundant HDs and works as a mail and web server. Now, I want to plan this out as best as possible to avoid any pitfals later on. Any pointers, help, advice, anything is very much appreciated.

Building the system:
---

I'm not sure what components to use. I have never built my own system before (although I have put them together, just not chosen the parts). I'm thinking of combining the advice of these two pages to build the machine:

<<
The second article being much newer, although I was told that the geforce motherboard is probably a bad idea. So I'd probably look for an updated version of the taligent mentioned in the first article.

I would appreciate any specific advice on parts, cases, motherboards, etc. if you have them. Or any links to information I can read.

---

Besides that, I'm also looking for information on a good router (there I have no clue), so that on the same network the OpenBSD box can live with my other box (that currently handles the web and mail duties).

thanks

Oops. Disregard the fallover part of the subject. I was planning on asking advice on how to configure this. But I figure I should get hte machine up and running (with router) before I actually go into ideas on how to configure this non-existant machine.
