Got SBS server 2003, and when I use the wizard to create a new account or even use an existing account and copy, The tab with the email address details is always blank. I then have to create it all manually. Any ideas what could cause this ?

Check to make sure you have a recipient policy created for your domain. Also, check to see if the Recipient Policy Service is Running. You can look at both of these in the exchange system manager under Recipients.

I'm having the same issue...We are still in a mixed mode with 5.5 and 2003 exchange servers. I see the recipient policies, the one from 5.5 and the default policy. RUS is working because I can see the newly created user in the GAL, but it's been 24 hours and the SMTP and x400 address that is in the recipient policy doesn't appear to be applied. I have "updated now" on each of the polices but the SMTP and x400 address still aren't stamped...Not sure what the deal is...Have been trying to research all morning...

tab with email is blank - you are waiting alittle bit for it to appear right? Its not an immediately filled thing and can take a couple minutes sometimes...
