New mailbox created on 2003 server...Don't see address in GAL

I introduced an Exchange 2003 server into our 5.5 site a few weeks ago and moved a few mailboxes. I created a new user this morning with a new mailbox, but I don't see the new address in the GAL...How do I find out what server has the GAL and whether or not the GAL info is being replicated to the 2003 server.

If you used Outlook in cached mode, the cached GAL will take 24 hrs to update.

Or, make sure you try restarting Outlook before checking the GAL.

FYI, You can push the update in 2003 using tools/send-receive/download addressbook
