New Mail Server

All,

I have recently moved all my users onto a new mail server.

As well as having their external SMTP address, they also have another SMTP address that my qmail server sends too:

another@servera.abc.com

I have created a new test user, with a correct external address and a different second SMTP address:

another@serverb.abc.com

When i send from external to the test user, I receive the following error:

550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for another@serverb.abc.com

Does anyone know why this would be the case?

Ive already seen a server having this problem and it had to do with the maximum Hop configured in Exchange system manager go there

Sys Manager - Servers - Protocols - SMTP - (Properties of <server name>)'Delivery' Tab and 'Advanced' button.

I forgot to say just increase the number of Hop to 25 or something and test again.

Its currently set to 15 - what do you think i should set it to?
