One of my users is seeing new mail going directly to the deleted items folder. She has some rules set up but the items do not match any of the criteria. Nobody else has permission to her mail folders This problem does not seem to affect any of my other 25 users so I figure it is either something screwed up on her own settings or maybe a corruption in her mailbox. The system is Small Business 2000. Can anyone help? Thanks

Anthony

Hi,
Can you turn all the rules off as a test, this is almost definetly a rule gone wrong.
Let me know how things go with the ruls off, then if its fine you can narow down which one is causing the issue.

Wow, that was a fast reply. I'll give it a go.

Don't forget that mail rules work on the wildcard principal - the criteria abc would catch/affect:

Code:
abc@someisp.net
someabcdef@anywhere.com
another@someabc.org

and so on...
