New liveupdate definitions yet??!!

It's 2:37 pm EST; has anyone been able to download latest virus dat file yet? Today is Wednesday; updates for liveupdate are released today. My latest virus definition is 4-6-05; on that date, I was able to update by 12 noon, today, I manually run liveupdate in interactive mode and it says I am up to date.??
Anyone feel free to post on this topic including moderator.

I downloaded and installed earlier today "symantac redirector" when I opened up live update this morning. It's 4:15 pm EST and thers's still no new virus definition available yet?
As we know, new definitions come out every Wednesday. Anyone updated virus definitions today, please post on here.

I too, have a similar issue. There's something up with Norton Live Update, if not the entire NORTON program and its not doing its major function which suppose to be checking for current release of virus/worms out there.

We could have been infected and we just never know it now. Especially since its stop updating, my Internet experience have been getting into my nerve. There are some sites that when you try to access them, this Google website is the one that keeps taking over the site that you want to access or view. And who's to say there's a virus that is time release and hit you when you're system get into a vulnerable stage.

And it has a whole lot of lists for new virus/worms and I have no way of knowing whether my Norton have all this new updates since it keeps telling me I'm up-to-date.

Anybody have any clue as to what's really going on?
