New Livelink Features/Tips

Hi... I am working in a large corporation. We are currently using Livelink 9.7.1. I am searching for new "useful and attractive" feature(s) for our users. Do you know any documents or websites with good ideas and features? Thank you.

depends what your users are currently using, what modules you have, what they may find useful etc, can you be a little more specific ?

As Greg says livelink is primarily used by companies as a Document management System.Its user interface is probably frustrating to the average user but there are partners who dress up the interface unless one knows what user's expect it could prove difficult to offer any help.Under the covers livelink is built very strong on oscript which is extendable by the user to which ever way it suits the eye.This company by far I have seen the most drastic change to the user interface

They must be very expensive because it looks very different.
Other vendors such as resonate etc provide ways to dress up the interface

Thank you Greg and Appnair for your prompt response. As far as I know we have all posible modules installed and our users are quite happy the way it is now. I just want to raise the bar by offering something else to strenghten the users' livelink acceptance. Cheers.

if you can list the modules you have and tell us something more about your business approach then we may be able to point out a few things.

Have you asked your users what kind of things they would like to see or have improved ? sometimes that can open up a new avenue for you.
