new line 2616 will not role to second line key 01

Added a new line and when people call extention , key 00 is sounds busy will not role to key scr 01. I have added lines before and made sure the cls are all correct, kind is weird.

did you make LHK 1 so it will hunt to key 1? and you have HTA and FNA in the CLS? if so, can you post the TN? also, is MARP turned on?

The cls features are in place and the the tn is 18 15. how do you turn marp on some other lines have marp next to them.
Is this implemented on each key or is it a sytem wide feature (marp).

nul key 1 and re-add key 1 scr xxxx hit enter when marp line comes up type yes. you can print the dn you put on key 1 and it will list other appearances of this number. One of the appearances will have marp by it.

could you post the printout of the set. Make sure its not a mcr on key 0

9115 problem: I have just installed a 9115 I have everything programmed I have time and date on the phone but nothing on the keys. I check the display logs and I get a log 79. Has anybody run into this if so let me know what to do.

Your Key 00 isnt the MARP for that DN.
You will have to do what Nortellian mentioned, but for key 00, nul it and add it back in again, this time at the MARP prompt type YES. You must have another appearance of DN 1234 that is the marp, but not on this TN.
