New IPoffice 403 v3 setup question?

How do I setup ipoffice in ECAS? is the smdr data stored on the management pc? What is the file name?

Can someone send me a musiconhold.wav file? I tried to tftp one but it won't play. the file was under 500k but i don't think it met the other specs. Is IPoffice that picky?

Does anyone have examples of aplications that can be run on the 4620 phones or just any neat tricks to show the users?

The SMDR data is stored to a file using the Delta Server application. The eCAS application will prompt you for the IP Office profile in the Switch setup wizard. You will have two choices, a local file or a remote file (this is based on where you install the Delta Server application, on the same pc as the eCAS or a different pc). Both the Delta Server documentation and the eCAS documentation describe how to set this up.
