New install IPO500 PCS>14, recreated SD card using Manager 9.1.2.0 build 91, copied offline config.cfg to System/Primary folder, insert SD, power up, manager discovers IPO (also can ping IPO from Manager pc), but using default Admin login and password fails. Any suggestions? Thx

It might be best if you post your thread on the IP Office forum at
However, as you have a backup config copy, I think there is a way to read the password from the file as it might have changed.
I was told that a tool called "Snadboy's SetupRevelationV2.exe" was used. I've seen it being used as all you do is browse over the password area to reveal the password used in the config file.

The Password on an IPO is stored internally, not in the config. If you are unable to access it then you will likely need to do a security reset through the Serial port on the back.

Then the default credentials should work.
