we are starting to replace the old Nostar with IPO 500v2 how will I be able to connect Remote and make Changes if I'm not on the same Subnet .

VPN access and proper routing to the network the IPO lives on. Works good, lasts long time.

Or dial in via ISDN

TBH, if you dont know this stuff - being the basics..... erm :-S

Thanks for the info , but I got our Vender on the line and informed me on adding the gateway , IP Routes > add Route leave IP and Mask field with zeros 0.0.0.0 at the gateway field put in your address then select the destination Lan1 or Lan2 depending on the your using ,worked like a champ!

Indeed, as stated that's part of the basic programming of the system. We all know how to do it but don't like advising people on the basics as it becomes tiresome and doesn't help anyone in the long run, making people read the documentation and learn how the system actually works is far more efficient :)
