New IP500 Expansion Modules Not Responding

All,

I recently obtained a Brand New IP500 system with 2 expansion modules. The thing is I am using expansion 1 for a IP500 digital station module and expansion 2 for a IP500 16 trunk module. None of these 2 units respond. The Modules in the main are fine. Can someone say where I am goiing wrong. I have updated the ip office to 4.2.

Without it you can't use expansion modules

When you do make sure you upgrade the expansion modules through the 3.2.999 loader before going up to 4.2 (remembering if a module shows 4.x it is in fact 2.x as expansion modules display two versions higher than the system)

Only DSv2 modules need the 3.2.999 and not his other module.
