So which exams do I need to keep our SME Expert?? I thought I knew but not now!!!

Why you guys spend all this money on this is beyond me. It's all ACA, ACS and ACE but not as good. If someone had ACE they really knew their stuff after doing the lab day.

ACE was a farce with a lot of crap in it.
Stuff that was never sold and not even working properly.
But that made ACE something like a gold medal.

tipeter...Yes an addition for now but ACIS testing will end 31 March. Reminds me of the days when the PA could be done on-line for $0. Suspecting they'll charge $$$ for the new test. TBA

The credetials needed for selling/installing IP Office is a farce.
Anyone who wants to sell Avaya IP Office can do that with full support from Avaya, they desperately need the $$$$.
That is why a lot has changed and made the system much more expensive, all the blahblah on improving their resellers, my *ss, they need to get more $$$ out of it.

A simple mind delivers great solutions

I used to be proud of earning my ACS, the new Avaya credentials are becoming so watered down that they are becoming irrelevant and a waste of space on my CV.
