My DNS server went down so I installed DNS on another W2K machine. However my Exchange 2K server won't start Exchange on bootup or when I try to start it manually in Services. Must need something to tell it where the new DNS server is? Or DNS needs some Exchange records?

Did you change the DNS settings on your Exchange server in the Network Connections control panel?

It gets it's new entries from the DHCP server. I checked the address on the Exchange server in ipconfig and it's DNS entry is pointing to the new server.
