New Install - 8.9 - Agents not showig in monitor - CTI ?

Hi,

Hopefully someone can help while I wait for Nice to get back to me !

I don't seem to be seeing the agents in monitor?

Also when doing a query on agents they are all 0 ?

So it looks like maybe a CTI issue - all the extensions + hunt groups are in the nicecti group on the t server

It's an 8.9 cls + logger - trunk side total rec solution. Connected to an S8500 wih CVCT 1.3

An ideas/info would be brilliant.

Doh ! - Sorted, just logged the agents off then back on !
