Hello all , My company just relocated me to another branch that runs a mitel 3300, im tasked with maintaining the system with my prior knowledge of Avaya ip office . My Question is , how do i get basic Mitel training ,so i can elevate my knowledge and certification in Mitel Platform. Advice needed

You will have to be nominated for a training account by your Mitel vendor. Initial certification training is typically leader led via internet and is billable. Subsequent update courses are free of charge.

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.

If your site has Premium Software Assurance with Mitel, you will have access to user training without sponsorship.

Yes, you'll need an account on the Mitel absorb site. There you can start with the 'primer' self study courses.
