I'm new to visual basic programming and I would like to know a good place to start learning any suggestions.

Also search for 'tutorials' or 'tutorial', you should find several links to free tutorials on the web.

I should add: "Programming Visual Basic 6.0" by Francesco Balena, and the included CD with lots of source code. Good Luck!
