I have ran out of current extensions that are setup in the programming and need to activate, for example, ext 253-258. They are all punched down from the 66 block to the phone system, but when i punch down a phone to that spot on the 66 block they don't get any signal.

do you have a Modular ICS or do you have a Compact ICS, what are the ports labeled as on the 66 block?

Do you know if the cable on the 66 block is connected to the KSU or a Station Module the extensions off othe KSU go from white/blue to the violet/brown and the Station Mods go from white/blue to yellow/blue.

an MICS without expansion modules and starting at ext 221 can only go up to ext 252.
You will need a 0X16 expansion module to add more phones

Oh yeah and the 2nd cable of the KSU goes from white/blue to red/green.
