I currently have 61xx and 62xx extensions. I have added 63xx extensions and mailboxes. I can log into the mailboxes, but only get system message (enter extension number)after 4 rings instead of user greeting. Get same greeting when pressing message button instead of asking for password.I assume its a dial plan issue, but not sure if the problem is on the AAM or CM. I am new to Avaya, so any advice would be appreciated.

its the CM side in the public unknown but it depends on how yours was setup

• Define Public Numbering. Ensure to administer an entry to match
Ueach extension the message server will be vayating. For this
example extension 8XXX is used. For the trunk group use the
same trunk group number created above (7 for example).
UnoteU: No more than 7 digits should be sent, so administer with a blank
CPN Prefix. Ext Len and CPN Len values should not be more than 7.
This UmayU not be applicable with current CM releases.

Thanks for your help. I put the digits in but forgot the AAM trunk group. Working fine now.
