we installed a new exchange server for one of our satellite offices (had to replace the old one cuz of size limits) - well we transfered over all the mailboxes & profiles..if the client sends an email to an outside email (aol or gmail) it goes through fine..all good...if that person from aol or gmail replies to the email their mail goes directly to junk mail - never reaches the inbox..any idea what i could check to fix this?

Sounds like you need to change your IMF settings.

I hope you find this post helpful.

well the gateway is set to 7 and the store junk mail config is 5..but its like that on all servers and only this new server is giving us the issue..

Make sure then that IMF is not only configured but enabled.

I hope you find this post helpful.
