HI,

I'm hoping someone can help with a problem I have dialling the new emergency 101 number from ACM.
Dial 101 and message comes back stating Number not recognised.
Call fails and traces show info element missing.
This following the same route as 999.

If I select the trunk using the TAC i can dial no problem on the same trunks.

Hva tried onbloc and changes in the outgoing route but nothing seems to help.

Help?

Please provide a copy of the failed trace as well as the Route Pattern used to dial 101.

Kevin

Hi 4meravaya,

Here is the trace and route. I have set up a test route also.

Both calls on the trace were used using the test route.

Failed call ref = 2cb0
Good call with TAC = 6a16

Sorry for the long post having trouble attaching.

Many thanks

Doc

From within the PBX, can you do 'list trace tac xxx' for both a good call and a bad call (xxx=DAC on the TG). Something in the Route Pattern is changing what is being sent to the carrier.

Kevin

Hi 4meravaya/Kevin

I have tried changing most things in the route but not really got anywhere. Here is the trace dialling normally. Unfortunately the TAC trace didn't show up in this trace. Call failed in this trace with Number not recognised.

Thanks

Rich
