If I understand correctly what you're asking, here's what you do:
1 - Setup a mailbox with an Email address like info@company.com.
2 - Setup a distribution list for the 3 existing recipients.
3 - Within the properties of the mailbox, set the alternate recipient under the Delivery Options to send Email to the newly created distribution list (and probably send it to info@company.com as well).
This way all 3 members get every Email sent to the company, and there's one central mailbox where all Emails are stored for reference. Also, you can use the 'Send as' permission to allow all 3 users to send Email back as info@company.com.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the tip....
but if I setup a mailbox and then setup a distribution list the administrator gives me a warning about setting up the same email twice....
Is there a way around this...maybe I'm not configuring this properly..
The distribution list shouldn't have the same Email address as the mailbox. Just make the Email address for the dist list something arbitrary, as it's only used, at present, for internal message forwarding.
Hope this helps!
