I know, I know, they are lots of posts with EC500 and ANI in them, but I haven't see any that ended with "thanks! that worked for me!" it seems either yours works, or it doesn't. The problem is the ANI form the original call is not passed to the cell phone. we are using the "new" EC500 with CM2.2 that doesn't require xmobile stations. we used the "off-pbx-telephone station-mapping xxxx" command. i have changed settings in my trunk group, DS1, and signal group. I would appreciate any help getting this to work.

Hi wayneled,
we have same problem. In Eurpe many telcos don't allow sending ANI from original caller. Also they don't allow anything else which doesn't belong to DID series of our ISDN-PRI. So check first with you ISDN provider if they support sending original ANI.

If your telco support ANI pass from original. you can use the command "change config set 1" to network/pbx for your EC500

There is no such command as change config. I am also having the same problem and am really interested in seeing that Thanks post.

The command is "change off-pbx telephone configuration-set

For those of you who also have this problem, try forwarding your extension to a cell phone, then calling your DID from another phone. When I do this, it's the same result, no original ANI. This leads me to believe this isn't a EC500 problem per se. Maybe more of a setting on a trunk group/signal group/DS1 form. What I strongly suspect is my carrier is not supporting this transfer of ANI feature, even though they say they do.
