New Digital Set

Hey guys i am building a new 3904 digital set, LD 11 => new => i am not seen a prompt to input the extension/DN do i need a gate opener or something to take me to that prompt? please see below...

You did get prompted.

When you see "KEY" prompt, you assign what function each key should provide, including an "extension" key. You didn't enter any values, which means the system assigns nothing to the keys.

At the "KEY" prompt, typically you enter something like: "00 SCR 3333 0", which assigns to key 00, a Single Call- Ringing (SCR) DN (extension) of 3333 and matches it to the CLID entry #0"

Also, I noted that your system is licensed for only 144 digital phones, and you already have 144 phones defined on your system.

The system will not allow you to add any additional phones. You'll need to either OUT an unused phone, CHG an existing one, or have a vendor add additional digital phone licensing.

Yes i no that i dont have additional the DN i am adding now is one that i previously removed. you are right however i left the key field blank so the system didnt assign any extensions.

I just did it and it work... thanks Alot!

I have another question regarding room status, do i need to open a new tread?

I need to know how if i can see the from status from the PBX, if yes what load do i need to be in?

When you go into load 10 (analog stuff) or into ld 11 (digital stuff) you will get the printout you see at the bottom of your first post that tells you how much is available and how much is used. Like robl3000 pointed out - the system says you do not have any more space left for digital sets. It would benefit you greatly to verify how many of those 144 sets are actually in use........you may be able to free up some if somebody got sloppy on keeping up with deletions
