New DID going to Audix Main menu instead of mailbox

we recently got new DID's from our provider and I added the new extension. If you call from within the system it routes correctly to the mailbox but if you call the complete DID number it routes to the Audix login not the users mailbox.
 
yes, it's the same one most of us use. Again if you call internally to just the extension it works fine, it's only if you call from outside to the Direct Dial number.
 
You'll probably have to run an trace on the trunk to see where the call is going.
 
do you have it set up correctly in "inc-call handling
