I must correct my prior statement, after getting a very nice email from the supervisor and then her boss at the Academy support, she said that it is for the most part USA based and that the person who got my orginal email was one who is bilingual.
ENGLISH is NOT her native language :-( They said that they discussed my orginal email which was quite clear and will see that she handles her responses a little better than she did - it was very, very bad :-( and sooooo obvious she did not speak much English!!! They did get an ear full from me!!!
I know Cisco has opened a new office in India and I am sure they will move more that way :-(
Dell tried the same for the business support unit, but they got soooooo much $#@@&^ and loss of BIG business contracts that they moved it back to the USA - can not say the same for the consumer side but if you have to deal with the business side you will see a HUGE difference for the better!!!!!
