New CICS with Call Pilot 100 Call Forward problem

The customer uses Outbound Transfer for several Real Estate agents. When the agents are out of the office they forward their calls to voice mail and give the callers the option of transfering to their cell phones. This all works fine.
On weekends they take turns being on call. Their Business closed message has the caller " Dial Ext. 230 to speak to an agent right away." Ext. 230 is call forwarded (F4) to the ext. of the agent who is on call that weekend. The customer said that this worked the one time they tested it but never worked again.
It works fine if the receptionist or caller dials the agent's ext. directly but not if it's call forwarded to the agent's ext. from another ext.
They do not want to change the message every weekend.
If you dial ext. 230 when it is forwarded the display shows ext. 230 forwarding to the proper ext. then immediatly kicking back to ext. 230's mailbox.
Should this work?
I would appreciate any help.
 
Does transfer call back affect Call Forward?
 
Yes trx call back will affect try trx call back set to 12 rings then the other set has the chance to pick up before it goes back to VM
