New CICS Cabinet

I have a new CICS Cabinet - having power issues, it came with the european power cable but when I put the cable we have always used can not get power on unit - what is going on?

Look at the label on the front of the cabinet and make sure the cabinet is International. It should say something like 120/220 I think.

sounds like the cabinet is for 220 volt 50 hrz not 110 60 hrz

no international its 220 volt 50 hrz - so I guess these are european

do you know a way to get this to work here

replace the power supply or by a new CICS cab

If it does not say 120/220 then it does not auto sense, therefore replace/trade-in the CICS.
