New Cert

I'm trying to upload a new cert to IPOCC.
But no matter what browser I use I get the following.
Unable to retrieve the certificate with the given password.
Please upload the certificate with valid password.
The cert & the password work everywhere else.
I have also tried rebooting the server.
Any other ideas?

Turns out the password is limited to 30 characters, mine had 32.
