This might be a real noob question, but I have a robotic library and have been using slots 1-5. I need to back up additional servers so I loaded cartridges into slot 6 and 7. In Back Exec 10, I inventoried the new media, but the format and label media options are greyed out. When I go to the Media tab and look under online media, the rest are there (including the new clean tape in slot 8)but not 7 and 8. Please tell me what I am doing wrong! Its driving me nuts adn I want to get these servers backed up over the 3 day weekend. Also the new cartridges are the right kind, same as the ones that work. Thanks in advance!
