The practice tests are pretty close to the real ones. Take them many times and cut&paste the questions and correct answers. Many questions are worded poorly, open ended, and have many interpretations possible yet Avaya of course only will recognize 1 as the correct answer. By retaking the practice tests, you can find some of these answers by process of elimination. By studying the questions and answers of the practice tests, figuring out the answers to some of the BS questions, having overall telecom knowledge, you should do fine.
