Dear all,
I've got a new avaya 1608-I in the office, i've got multiple of these phones and thus far it always was a simple plug in, it discover the server and the extenion would be created (as configured on the server).
For some reason that is not the case this time, it started out with a dhcp conflict, after configuring it manually in the phone I first get the message no fileserver (checked where the other phone get there data from during boot) and used that ip-address for the file server also tried the ip-address of the server where ipoffice is running.
After awhile it goes through and then it keeps hanging on "discover"
I'm sure I must be missing something but not sure what.
I know it's nog the port config because when I connect a already working phone to this port it goes through fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Max
