New admin password

Hello,

I changed my adminpassword and now the event parser dont start ( and my prot pilot aswell ). I looked at the eventlog and nothing is recorded. IT starts but says that the service has nothing to do, and i stops. And the pilot is dependent on the parser so nothing starts.

Is there any magic i need to involve to get this to work?

Hi Marty

Did you check to see if the service has "administrator" as the owner? If so, you may need to change the password associated with the service.

yes, you'll need to reset is using the cfgnaims.exe
It's somewhere in the ePO install directory although I can't remember were exactly, do a search on the drive you've installed it on and use it. it should sort your problems.
