New 96 series issues?

Hi all-does anyone know why you get a "no file server' error on these new 96 series phones.
You see the phone looking to the correct IP Address,but the upgrade never occurs,and the settings file never gets imported.
I'm sure the answer is on page 334 of the avaya doc,rather than page 1.

I had problems with this also while trying to use Avaya's MV_IPTel
I downloaded this free 500kB http server:

And it worked fine!!!

I think so-that's the one that points to the 46xx.settings file,right?
