We are planning to buy new 2050 softphone licences, we have a question....the belwo liceneces file where it will show 2050 phones deatils

For the 2050 v3/v4, there are actually two licences required. On the CS 1000, you require one "IP USERS" licence for each 2050 which you are going to program.

You need a separate licence (which is installed on a PC-based licencing server) for each concurrent 2050 which is going to be active.

By the print out you posted this appears to be an older release switch. You may not even be able to get licenses for it. What release are you on?

Not sure if you can still get keycodes for 6.0 or not.

Keycodes are still available for a 6.0 system.

(as long as you are not planning to use them for ACD agents at home.....painful)

also, I'm not sure if Avaya dropped(ing) support for the 2050? or are soon to drop it....
