New 20 Gig Hard Drive in an Ultra 5 keeps rebooting?

I am installing a new 20 Gig IDE hard drive in a Sun Ultra 5 with the CS jumper set. When the box boots up it keeps rebooting and never comes to the ok prompt to boot off of the installation CD. Any ideas what the problem might be?

Check your jumpers. Sounds like dual masters or one cable select. and a master...that'd do it.

If you remove the drive totally does the system ever get to the banner and ok prompt?
