NEV SV8100 InMail That Mailbox is full before Auto Attendant

We've been troubleshooting this issue for a few weeks, we are new to the NEC range so have had several different NEC experts out and have so far been unable to resolve this, so hopefully someone has seen this before.

When the auto attendant picks up an outside line it immediately announces "That Mailbox is Full" and then continues on to the standard greeting. No user mailboxes are full, can still leave messages on mailbox which leads me to believe the system isn't out of memory.

Any insights would be appreciated.
 
Under these types of circumstances it is usually time to check to see if your software is up to date. I'd check the system software level and if it is not the latest, update it. It should update the in-mail as well. You could also try a system reset. Also check the attendant mailbox and any common public message boxes see if any messages were going there. Clean them out.
