Hi,
I have 3 sites, 2 MD110 systems and one meridian system, the three site were networked using ISDN PRI connection, and there is DIAVOX system attached to the 1st MD110 serving the 3 sites.
All users in both MD110 systems can access the DIAVOX Voice mail properly, but the users at the meridian site cannot, when they dial the DIAVIX voice mail number, the call will be released and dropped.
I did the following test:
I removed one of the voicemail analogue extensions from the dialogic card and attached it to an analogue phone. The calls from the meridian system toward this analogue extension will be released and cannot be answered, but if I define this extension as normal extension (remove it from the voicemail group VMPOE), the calls from meridian system toward this extension will be answered properly!!
Plz advice
